Hi! I'm Megan, the owner and creator behind W + E Design Co. I stated my embroidery business in 2021 with a passion for creating personalized, high-quality items that bring joy to families.  What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a full-time business, and I've loved every stitch of the journey.  Whether it's baby gowns, bibs, burp clothes, or toddler baseball hats, each piece is made with care, attention to detail, and a whole lot of heart.

In 2025, I was thrilled to welcome Shannon Hill to the team. Shannon brings her own creative flair and dedication to craftsmanship, helping us grow while continuing to deliver the quality and charm our customer love.  Together, we're excited to keep creating meaningful, custom pieces for your little ones.
